Permanent Makeup Information
Permanent Make-up
Permanent make-up is a form of tattoo. It uses a hand tool or machine to insert pigment under the skin. Although the pigment is inserted in the upper layer of the dermis, it is permanent. It does fade with time.
In order to remove ink from under the skin, it maybe removed using a laser or surgical procedure.
Face Mapping
Every effort will be made to avoid asymmetry when mapping our your face for your service. However, our faces are not symmetrical.
Before starting any service, you will be mapped out according to your unique facial feature. You will have the opportunity to review, make changes, and approve any mapping that I do for you.
Any changes made after your leave your appointment, I will not be liable.
Re-touch appointment
Permanent makeup is typically a two-step process, the initial appointment and the Re-touch appointment. The Re-touch appointment is typically recommended to be scheduled 6-8 weeks after your intial appointment.
During the healing phase, the service area will fade and shrink in size. Depending on how the skin heals, some clients not need a Re-touch appointment. In most cases, client do need to return for a Re-touch appointment.
If you need a Re-touch, you MUST schedule as soon as possible as my schedule does get full.
Skin sensitvity Reaction
There is a small possiblity of a skin sensitivity. You have a choice to do a patch test.
Remember, a skin sensitivity reaction can occur at anytime in your life even if there is no reaction to the patch test.
If you have previous permanent makeup from another artist
With any permanent makeup work from another artist, it falls under as a COVER-UP. Some previous permanent makeup a cover-up may be a good solution. However, it may not work out in all cases.
If you would like to see if a cover-up may be a solution for you, you MUST schedule a consult appointment with me. If we proceed with the cover-up, there is a $100 cover-up fee in addition to the service price.
Health Restrictions
Permanent Makeup is NOT for everyone.
Listed below are health restrictions for permanent makeup services:
Any one under the age of 18. This includes a parent/legal guardian's consent
Diabetic (Must need your doctor to approve permanent makeup service)
Currently Pregnant
Currently Breastfeeding
Easy scarred and/or raised scars such as Keloids
Any active skin issues, such as psoriasis, active acne, cold sores, etc.
Auto-Immune Disorder (Must need your doctor to approve permanent makeup service)
Currently taking blood thinning medication
Currently receiving any treatment for auto-immune disorders
Received last series of Covid-19 vaccine within the last 14 days
Scheduled Covid-19 vaccine series within 14 days of scheduled permanent makeup appointment.
If you are quarantining due to testing positive for Covid-19 or have been in close contact with some who tested positive with Covid-19
Online Booking Confirmation
When booking your appointment online, it is NOT CONFIRMED until the following are completed.
You have made a full payment of your service(s)
You have recieved a confirmed message from me
Consultation
Consultations are 30 minutes.
Your first consultation appointment is free. We can meet in person or virutal. Whichever works for your schedule.
You and I will discuss what service would be ideal for you and answer any questions that you have.
Your first consultation appointment is FREE of charge.
Additional consultation are $30.
If you have had service from a previous artist, a CONSULT MUST BE SCHEDULED IN PERSON.
You must send me three photos before your consult appointment.
Booking fee
All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee. The booking fee secures your appointment date and time.
If the booking fee is not paid within 24 hours, the appointment slot will go to the next client.
The booking fee will be credited towards your service. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of the appointment.
Services are FINAL
Once appointment is booked, there are no substitutions, exchanges or refunds.
If you decide not to obtain all sessions you paid for, there is a no money back guarantee.

Forms of Payment

Major credit/debit cards. There is a 3% card charge fee.
No guest/pet policy
No guests/pets are allowed to accompany client to their scheduled appointment. This is to maintain a sterile environment and to prevent any possible cross contaminiation, distractions, interruptions, and spread of Covid-19.
Mask required
Masks is required inside the salon due to the close proximity of the permanent makeup services.
For lip service appointments:
Mask is required when entering the salon. Due to the nature of the service, please understand that your mask will not be worn when lip service is performed. You will only remove your mask when instructed to do so by the permanent makeup artist.
Reschedule Policy & Short-Notice Fee
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must let me know 3 DAYS OR MORE in advance to reschedule without incurring any additional fees.
If you notify me LESS THAN 3 DAYS, you will forfeit your non-refundable booking fee and a charge of a short-notice fee $75 will be applied when you reschedule your appointment.
If you reschedule your appointment, the short-notice charge of $75 and a full payment of your service(s) is required to secure your appointment slot.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment for any reason, you will FORFEIT your non-refundable booking fee.

Late Arrival Policy
If you are late to your appointment 15 minutes or more, your appointment will be considered cancelled and No-Show.
Covid-19
Covid-19 symptoms
We have come a long way with Covid-19. As we continue to fight this pandemic together, I want to make sure we follow CDC guidelines.
In that case that you come into contact or experience any of these symptoms, you must call or text me at 612-314-5855.
Coughing
Fever over 100 degrees
Difficulty breathing
Chills
Headache
Sore throat
Body ache
Congestion
Loss of smell and/or taste
Runny nose
Nausea
Diarrhea
Covid-19 Vaccine
With Covid-19 vaccine is available, there is a 14-day waiting period.
If you recently received your vaccine, you MUST complete the series and wait 14 days.
If you scheduled your Covid-19 vaccine, your permanent makeup service must be scheduled 14 days before or 14 days after the last Covid-19 vaccine.
